A work-in-progress developed for November Music festival as part of the Collective Signal project (initiated in 2017).
An introductory lecture for, the presence of a large siren speaker unit inside the Verkadefabriek and a collective listening walk/session to the monthly siren test were offered to the audience. This provided them the opportunity to (re)acquaint themselves with the specifics of the Dutch national warning system.
